Omnicasts Media ("Omnicasts," "we," "us," or "our") operates omnicasts.com, a podcast intelligence media platform for creators and brand leaders.

2. What We Collect

  • Contact Information: Name and email address when you subscribe, submit an editorial application, or purchase a feature package.
  • Usage Data: Page views, screen navigation events, and reading time via our analytics layer (no third-party tracking cookies).
  • Device Data: Browser type, OS, and viewport size for performance optimization.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver editorial newsletters and content digests.
  • To fulfill paid feature campaigns (Spotlight, Boost, Domination).
  • To send transactional notifications about your order status.
  • To improve our platform and editorial quality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services (email delivery, payment processing, CRM), all bound by data processor agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain subscriber data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after unsubscription. Campaign deliverable data is retained for 12 months.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@omnicasts.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Omnicasts uses session-only functional cookies (no cross-site tracking). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active subscribers.

1. Acceptance

By accessing omnicasts.com or submitting an editorial application, Spotlight order, or campaign brief, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Omnicasts provides editorial media services including:

  • Editorial Invite (Free): An application-only content consideration. Submission does not guarantee publication.
  • Spotlight Feature ($997): A guaranteed AI-written editorial piece published on omnicasts.com and distributed via newsletter.
  • Amplifier Boost ($497): Targeted re-promotion of existing or new editorial content.
  • Domination Campaign ($2,497): A multi-touchpoint media campaign across editorial, email, and social channels.

3. Zero-Revision Policy

All paid editorial deliverables are produced by our AI editorial system using information submitted in your intake form. No manual revisions are included. Additional revision packages may be available separately.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and editorial nature of our services, we do not offer refunds after campaign production has commenced (within 48 hours of payment confirmation).

5. Content Licensing

Upon delivery, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to share and republish your Omnicasts editorial content with attribution ("As Featured in Omnicasts"). Omnicasts retains the right to display, archive, and syndicate all published editorial content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information in campaign intake forms. Omnicasts reserves the right to decline or remove content that violates our editorial standards without refund if fraud is detected.

7. Disclaimers

Omnicasts does not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, followers, leads) from editorial coverage. Content is editorial in nature, not paid advertising, and is clearly disclosed as sponsored editorial where required by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.

External Republishing

External Republishing & Syndication License

1. License Grant

Omnicasts Media grants a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to republish editorial articles originally published on omnicasts.com, subject to the terms below.

2. Attribution Requirements

  • All republished content must include a visible byline: "As Featured in Omnicasts" with a dofollow hyperlink to the original article URL at omnicasts.com.
  • The Omnicasts logo may optionally be included with a link to omnicasts.com.
  • Attribution must appear at the top or bottom of the republished article in a clearly readable format.

3. Editorial Integrity

Republished content must not be materially altered, paraphrased to obscure attribution, or published under a byline other than Omnicasts. Summaries or excerpts must link to the full original article.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Republishing behind a paywall or access restriction without written permission.
  • Use in AI training datasets or synthetic content generation pipelines.
  • Use that disparages Omnicasts or its clients in surrounding editorial context.

5. Paid Placement Content

Spotlight, Boost, and Campaign editorial articles are subject to additional syndication terms. Clients who purchased a placement receive republishing rights for their own story only. Third-party republishing of paid editorial content requires separate written authorization from Omnicasts.

6. Termination

Omnicasts reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon revocation, all republished content must be removed within 48 hours.
